Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ASO Alerts (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Service. The Service is provided by SKYTILA MB (registration code: 306191921), registered at Kauno g. 6A, Šiauliai, Lithuania.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: your email address (via Supabase authentication).
- Alert recipients: emails you add as notification recipients.
- Tracked app settings: store URLs/IDs, store/country selection, and favorites.
- Monitoring data: change history and saved comparisons of public store listing details (for example title, icon, screenshots, and descriptions) for apps you track.
- Service records: account activity, delivery status, deletion requests, unsubscribe records, and reliability information used to operate and secure the Service.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Stripe provides us subscription status and identifiers needed to operate the Service.
- Basic service logs: limited logs may be processed by our hosting/email providers for security and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide monitoring and send alerts you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To enforce plan limits, rate limits, and abuse-prevention controls.
- To manage subscriptions, billing status, and plan limits.
- To respond to support and legal requests.
3. Service Providers
We use the following providers to operate the Service:
- Supabase
- Vercel
- Resend
- Stripe
- Google Analytics
- Apple App Store public pages
- Google Play public pages
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal Bases (EU/EEA)
Where applicable, we process data based on: (a) contract (providing the Service), (b) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and (c) consent (where required).
5. Retention
Monitoring data (change history and saved comparisons) is retained according to your plan. Account and alert recipient data is retained while you maintain an account, and as needed to operate the Service or meet legal obligations. Service records may be retained for security, support, billing integrity, and abuse-prevention purposes.
6. Alert Recipients and Unsubscribe
Alert emails include a management or unsubscribe link where practical. Project owners can also manage recipients and alert preferences from the dashboard. If you receive an alert unexpectedly, contact support and we will help remove the address.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object or restrict processing. To request, contact legal@skytila.com.
You may also export project data or request account deletion from the dashboard settings page.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International Transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
